Competitive and negotiable, dependent on experience About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead and oversee a large-scale domestic rewire programme across the Bristol area. This is a long-term, high-volume social housing contract, offering strong stability and the chance to take ownership of day-to-day site operations across multiple active teams. You will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard, while maintaining excellent communication with both operatives and residents.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and support 56 domestic rewire teams across multiple live sites Oversee daily operations, ensuring productivity and programme targets are achieved Monitor progress and ensure works are completed on time and within specification Carry out regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met Ensure adherence to current electrical regulations and health & safety requirements Maintain strong resident/customer relations, ensuring minimal disruption and high satisfaction Report on progress, issues, and performance to senior management About You We are looking for a confident and experienced Electrical Supervisor with a strong background in domestic rewires or social housing environments.

Essential Experience &

Skills:

Proven experience in an Electrical Supervisor role Strong background in domestic rewires and/or social housing contracts Ability to manage multiple teams and workloads effectively Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills A proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail Ability to liaise professionally with residents and site teams Desirable

Certifications:

18th Edition Wiring Regulations SSSTS or SMSTS NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent 2391 Testing & Inspection (advantageous but not essential) Whats on Offer Long-term, stable pipeline of work Flexible engagement: permanent or contract considered Competitive pay structure, based on experience Opportunity to take ownership of a major regional programme Consistent workload with established delivery structure
