We're looking for an experienced and engaging manager to join our Security & Parking team as our next Security & Parking Operations Coordinator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives on developing teams, improving operational performance, and creating a positive working culture.

You'll play a key role in supporting and leading our team and wider operational workforce, ensuring our security and parking services operate safely, effectively, and in line with Trust standards.

What you'll be doing:

Lead, motivate and develop Team Leaders and frontline staff across Security & Parking services.

Drive high levels of performance, accountability and employee engagement.

Manage workforce planning, resource allocation and staff scheduling to ensure service delivery requirements are met.

Support recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing development of team members.

Support operational improvement projects and implement new ways of working.

Work closely with stakeholders across the Trust to ensure a professional, responsive and customer-focused service.

Monitor performance, analyse operational data and produce reports that support decision-making.

What we're looking for:

We're particularly interested in hearing from candidates who can demonstrate:

Significant experience managing and developing teams in a complex operational environment.

A proven track record of leading people through change, improving performance and building high-performing teams.

Strong experience of employee relations, performance management, coaching and staff development.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The ability to make sound decisions, solve problems and remain calm under pressure.

Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience with in security, facilities management, parking operations, healthcare, public sector or similar operational services is desirable.
