Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage an expanding team of Contracts Managers and trades dealing with property insurance reinstatement & restoration works across the South West region. You will need insurance reinstatement industry experience and must have strong staff & operations management background. This is a hybrid role; a driving licence is essential and you must be willing to travel.

Primary: CF, NP, HR, GL, BA, BS Secondary: EX, TA, DT, SN Responsibilities:
Management of circa. 25 including Contracts Managers, restoration & reinstatement trades and a small administration team Proactively manage all WIP for team; ensure projects are programmed/scheduled effectively and profit margins are achieved whilst ensuring quality of works Oversee compliance under CDM regs and manage Health & Safety Attend customer reviews and audits Complete tenders when required and help grow regional business opportunities Manage program of works of large complex claims KPI / SLA management Investigation and resolution of complaints Recruitment of staff and sub-contractors as required Experience required:
