Contract : 37 hours (worked over 5 days to include some weekends and bank holidays) Salary : £26,414 to £27,808 per annum plus?an additional £6.75 per hour for weekend and bank holiday shifts. Location :

About the role As Housekeeping Supervisor, youll be at the heart of keeping the hospice running smoothly Youll:
Coordinate and support a small, dedicated team of staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional standards. Plan and oversee high-quality cleaning schedules across the hospice Manage rotas, performance, and day-to-day operations Ensure outstanding standards of cleanliness, safety and infection control Oversee stock, equipment and housekeeping systems Collaborate closely with care, catering and facilities teams to create a seamless experience for families From preparing childrens bedrooms to ensuring communal spaces feel calm and cared for, your work helps create a true home-from-home atmosphere.

About you You are someone who leads with both professionalism and compassion. Youll bring:
Experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, including supervising a team A strong eye for detail and a commitment to high standards Knowledge of health & safety and cleaning best practice Confidence in leading, motivating and developing others Excellent communication and people skills A flexible, positive approach to a varied and active role Above all, youll reflect our values kind, dedicated, collaborative and committed to making a difference.
