Orbit Group is seeking a Customer Involvement & Influence Manager to lead the Customer Influence team and develop a proactive engagement programme that deepens understanding of customer expectations for future strategy.
The role operates in an agile framework and will be based out of our Coventry office 2-4 times per month, with activity aligned to business needs and priorities. You will work within the Customer directorate to keep promises to over 100,000 customers.
