The Southmead Project is seeking an experienced Head of Therapeutic Services to oversee all therapeutic work, lead a team of staff, and sit on the Leadership Team with the CEO and Head of Finance. You will also maintain a small caseload of one-to-one counselling clients.
You will ensure safeguarding, staff development, and service development, including survivor voice work. The role requires strong leadership, safeguarding expertise, and excellent IT and reporting skills.
