The Institute of Development Professionals in Education (IDPE) is looking for a Head of Membership to lead our membership strategy and grow engagement across the UK and internationally. Working closely with the CEO, you will drive member acquisition, retention and value delivery, while managing the Membership Administrator and volunteer network.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery in a hybrid, home-based setting with occasional travel.
