Digital Waffle is seeking a Head of Product to lead the Digital Product function. The role is hybrid, based in the West Midlands, and reports to the executive team.
You will define a river of product strategy across all verticals, design the operating model, and establish governance, reporting, and measurement cadences. You will mentor Senior Product Owners and build a lasting community of practice while guiding the shift from waterfall delivery.
