Our client is seeking a professional, practically minded, and exceptionally organised Premises Manager to join their senior support team immediately. This is a full-time, year-round leadership position, ideal for an estates supervisor or facility manager looking to coordinate daily caretaking operations, capital projects, contractor tenders, and health & safety compliance across a modern campus.
You will manage the caretaking team's shift cycles, supervise external mechanical and electrical contractors, track utility consumption metrics, and execute a comprehensive planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedule. You will take direct accountability for keeping immaculate, legally compliant statutory testing logs—including water safety tests (Legionella prevention), fire door integrity audits, emergency lighting diagnostics, and asbestos monitoring.

- Recognized professional certification (such as IOSH, NEBOSH, or a relevant trade qualification)
