About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dual Registered Manager to oversee two high-quality Post-16 supported living homes, one based in Winchester and the other in Bristol.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager who is passionate about supporting young people to develop independence, build confidence and achieve positive outcomes as they transition into adulthood.

As Dual Manager, you will have responsibility for the effective day-to-day management of both homes, ensuring that the services provide a safe, supportive and empowering environment for the young people we support.

You will work closely with staff teams, young people, families and external professionals to ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and service delivery are maintained across both locations.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide strong leadership and management across two supported living services.

* Ensure the homes provide a safe, nurturing and person-centred environment.

* Lead, motivate and develop staff teams to deliver consistently high standards of support.

* Ensure young people receive support that promotes independence, life skills and preparation for adulthood.

* Maintain high standards of safeguarding, compliance and health and safety.

* Work effectively with families, social workers, education providers and other professionals.

* Monitor and review care and support plans, risk assessments and individual outcomes.

* Manage staffing, rotas, performance and day-to-day operational requirements.

* Support recruitment, induction, supervision and ongoing development of staff.

* Respond effectively to incidents and concerns, ensuring appropriate action is taken.

* Participate in the management on-call rota.

* Travel between the Winchester and Bristol services as required.

About You

We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and committed to delivering outstanding support to young people.

Essential requirements:

* At least 2 years’ management experience within a similar supported living or care service.

* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

* Strong understanding of safeguarding and person-centred support.

* Experience of leading and managing staff teams.

* Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work flexibly and travel between two services.

* Ability to participate in on-call duties.

Desirable:

* Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification

* Experience working with young people aged 16+ or within a transition-to-adulthood service.

* Experience managing or overseeing more than one service.
