Managing Director / Operations Director Lead the Future of an Award-Winning Independent Financial Planning Firm This isn't a sales leadership role. The Opportunity You'll work alongside the Founder to build a calmer, smarter and more efficient business where advisers spend less time on administration and more time with clients.

You'll lead across:
Operations Advice Compliance Client Service Technology People Driving consistency, improving systems and ensuring the business continues to grow without sacrificing quality. What You'll Bring Leadership experience within an Independent Financial Planning environment. A strong understanding of regulation, governance and operational excellence. The ability to improve processes, develop people and embrace technology. Humility, commercial awareness and excellent judgement. Independent Financial Adviser experience would be advantageous but isn't essential.
