Experteer Overview In this role you lead delivery of mid- to large-scale renewable energy construction projects, driving schedule, budget, and quality while nurturing client relationships. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary design and construction teams across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with emphasis on wind, solar, and hydro projects. You'll mentor junior staff, support governance and proposals, and help shape a growing renewable energy practice.

- Lead project delivery on mid- to large-scale construction-focused projects Manage day-to-day client liaison, ensure compliance with requirements, timelines and budgets Coordinate multi-disciplinary design and construction of renewable energy infrastructure Support procurement activities including preparation of Employer's Requirements and contract documentation (NEC/Fidic/JCT/bespoke) Administer and manage NEC/FIDIC/JCT/Bespoke contracts and technology supply contracts Ensure construction phase alignment with contract requirements and best practice Contribute to client interfaces and maintain external/internal relationships Monitor project budgets, programme and performance per contract Support governance from setup to completion, including reporting and invoicing Review project deliverables and perform quality control Contribute to proposals and mentor junior staff Tasks Engineering degree with construction focus or equivalent Experience leading construction-phase projects in energy sector Knowledge of onshore wind, solar PV, hydroelectric (run-of-river and pumped storage) technologies Experience with design, procurement and construction phases Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience Key requirements hybrid working model career development opportunities AECOM University volunteering days flexible work arrangements well-being programs
