Project Manager, Project & Program Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Bennett & Game are currently working with a well-established building consultancy who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their Bristol team.

This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager with proven consultancy experience to take responsibility for delivering a varied range of projects, working closely with clients and wider property professionals. The successful Project Manager will have experience delivering projects across the RIBA stages, with a good understanding of statutory compliance, contract practice and wider client requirements. This is a client-facing position, so strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

• Managing projects through the RIBA stages from inception through to completion
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Managing project programmes, budgets and costs
• Coordinating consultants, contractors and other property professionals
• Providing project and technical advice to clients
• Supporting clients with acquisitions, disposals and wider development requirements
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with statutory and contractual requirements
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within a consultancy environment
• Experience delivering projects across the RIBA stages
• Good understanding of construction contracts and statutory compliance
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
• Commercially aware with strong organisational skills
