Senior Accounts Manager – Thornbury £45,000 to £55,000  Benefits  Career Progression Clark Wood are recruiting for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to join a respected firm of Chartered Accountants in Thornbury . The role would suit an ACA/ACCA qualified Accounts Manager or Client Manager looking for a senior leadership role, with a potential pathway to Director . You’ll lead an established OMB team , manage a varied client portfolio and work closely with Partners on the growth of the practice.

The Role Leading and developing the OMB accounts team Managing a portfolio of OMBs, SMEs and entrepreneurial clients Acting as a key client contact Reviewing statutory and management accounts Reviewing tax compliance work Providing commercial accounting advice Managing workflow, deadlines and quality Coaching and mentoring junior staff Working with Partners on advisory and practice development About You ACA or ACCA qualified Strong UK accountancy practice experience Previous Accounts Manager / Client Manager experience Strong accounts, tax and advisory knowledge Proven team leadership experience Excellent client and communication skills Commercial approach with the ability to advise business owners What's on Offer Competitive salary Excellent benefits Senior leadership responsibility Potential pathway to Director Varied OMB and SME client portfolio Supportive working environment Genuine career progression This is a strong opportunity for an Accounts Manager, Client Manager or Senior Accounts Manager looking to progress towards Director level within an accountancy practice in Thornbury .
