Your Mission

• Build a Practice: Create and lead a specialist team within Tech, Digital, Change and Transformation, Data and AI, Cyber or Cloud and Infrastructure. (or pitch your niche!)
• Be Hands-On: Continue to lead from the front, bringing in business and building key relationships.
• Grow People: Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team around you
• Drive Strategy: Partner closely with the Bristol Senior Leadership team to shape the office and its future
• Lead with Vision: Become a visible leader within Experis, driving innovation, collaboration, and results.
