HCB Widdows Mason is excited to announce an opportunity for a strategic and talented Head of Property to lead our Bristol Property Team. This key position requires an individual with a robust background in property law, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a passion for developing client relationships and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities- Heading the property team in Bristol, managing and mentoring.
- Overseeing a diverse workload encompassing residential property transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Driving the growth and development of the property practice through effective business development strategies.
- Providing expert legal advice and support to clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency within the department.
- Managing departmental budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
- Staying updated with market trends and maintaining a proactive approach to evolving legal issues in property law.
- Qualified solicitor with significant experience in property law, preferably at a senior level.
- Proven track record in managing a successful property team or department.
- Excellent leadership, management, and mentorship skills.
- Strong business development acumen and client relationship management experience.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle complex legal issues with a client-focused approach.
- Keen understanding of residential and commercial property markets.
- Proficiency in case management systems and relevant legal software.
- Competitive salary dependent on experience
