Reference:  Disputes Partner - Bristol Top 100 law firm looking for an experienced property disputes partner to lead complex matters and drive business growth in their Bristol office.

The role:

Lead on high-value, challenging property dispute cases.

Supervise and develop junior team members.

Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships.

Drive business development and sector growth.

Deliver thought leadership and stay ahead of market/legal changes.

Manage client feedback processes and implement improvements.

Ensure team profitability, effective cost management, and KPI delivery.

About you:

Significant experience in commercial property disputes.

Proven track record in business development.

Excellent client management skills with a focus on service excellence.

Ability to lead, mentor, and manage performance.

Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.

Client following and clear business plan.
