Brandon Trust in Roche, Cornwall, is seeking a Female Team Leader on a part-time basis (17.5 hours per week) to lead a team of Support Workers delivering person-centred care. You’ll work with the Locality Manager to provide confident, visible leadership and ensure high-quality support.
The role requires safeguarding, quality and compliance with social care standards, and you’ll develop your team, coordinate rotas and support medication practices to help people live with independence.
