We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable and award-winning premium franchise-approved car dealership in North Bristol, for an experienced Assistant Parts Manager.

The Assistant Parts Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Parts Department within a state-of-the-art facility, supporting the service and workshop teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Benefits of the Assistant Parts Manager:- Attractive starting salary up to £36,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Duties of the Assistant Parts Manager:- Organising the efficient running of the Parts Department, including workshop counter, trade parts, retail counter, on-site bodyshop, and van logistics
- Managing stock levels, stock control, and ordering patterns; conducting regular stock takes and maintaining accurate records
- Providing a high level of customer service face-to-face and over the phone
- Supporting the service department by ensuring timely and accurate parts requests are fulfilled
- Leading and motivating a team to achieve departmental targets
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
- Recent or current vehicle parts experience within a franchise-approved automotive dealership
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a parts department
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Proven leadership ability to support and motivate a team
- IT literacy, with experience using Kerridge or Drive advantageous
- Full, valid UK driving licence with minimal points
