We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Store Manager to join an exciting, well-established fashion and lifestyle store in Bristol.
This is a high-profile store where you'll have the opportunity to shape the customer experience, develop a talented team and play a key role in driving continued growth and success. You'll take ownership of the store's commercial performance, team development, customer experience and visual standards, with the autonomy to make a real impact.
The Store Manager OpportunityAs Store Manager, you'll be the face of the brand locally, building strong relationships with loyal customers and new customers to drive engagement, sales and long-term loyalty.
You'll lead and develop a high-performing management and sales team, setting clear standards and creating a culture where exceptional customer service and commercial performance go hand in hand.
You'll Have Responsibility For:- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
- Driving sales, profitability and overall commercial performance
- Delivering an exceptional, customer-centric experience
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Taking ownership of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Creating a culture of high standards, accountability and continuous development
- Managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring excellent standards across stock, processes and compliance
- Representing the brand with confidence and authenticity
We're looking for an experienced retail leader who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience managing a strong management and sales team
- A track record of driving sales and profitability within a flagship or high-profile store
- The ability to motivate, inspire and develop people
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to turn data into action
- An understanding of both local and wider business strategy
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and leadership skills
