Your role  In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Play a key role within our Nuclear New Build business, leading complex engineering design programmes as part of the Project Delivery Capability team.
* Shape delivery strategies and oversee multiple projects, including large and technically complex design packages.
* Establish effective governance frameworks, controls, assurance routes, and interface management arrangements that enable successful delivery.
* Lead multidisciplinary teams in line with AtkinsRéalis values, processes, and collaborative ways of working.
* Take overall accountability for project performance across schedule, cost, margin, quality, risk, and change management.
* Build trusted relationships with clients, project managers, and technical leaders, helping teams navigate challenges, resolve competing priorities, and achieve successful outcomes.
* Ensure designs progress through appropriate review, approval, and configuration control processes.
