As a Fabricator, you will play a key role in building and assembling precision components and systems that form part of our vacuum systems, freeze dryers and bespoke engineering solutions. This is a hands-on manufacturing role involving metalwork, assembly and ensuring high quality standards are met to support our engineered products.

Fabricator Job Overview

Carry out brazing operations to a high standard, ensuring strong, clean and leak-free joints.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and work instructions.
Fabricate, shape and assemble metal components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
Carry out welding, cutting, drilling, grinding and finishing operations accurately and safely.
Assemble sub-assemblies and complete products in accordance with quality and design standards.
Inspect own work to ensure dimensional accuracy and finish quality.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health & safety procedures.
Report any production issues or defects to supervisors promptly.

Fabricator

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Fabricator in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Experience with brazing and general metal fabrication techniques.
Ability to read and understand technical and engineering drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
