About the Role
You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC turning or milling machines, producing high-quality components to exacting standards. While online programming experience is beneficial, it is not essential, as training and support can be provided for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting and operating CNC turning or milling machines

Online programming using Fanuc controls (training available)

Working on multi-axis and twin-spindle machines (turning roles)

Interpreting engineering drawings and working to tight tolerances

Carrying out tool changes, offsets, and basic fault finding

Maintaining high standards of quality and housekeeping

Shift Pattern - Double Days

Morning

Shift: 6:00am-2:00pm (Mon-Thurs), 6:00am-11:00am (Fri)

Afternoon

Shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm (Mon-Thurs), 11:00am-4:00pm (Fri)

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in CNC turning or milling

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work accurately in a precision environment

Experience with Citizen Miyano machines is advantageous for Turners, but not essential
