Receiving Clerk​/Material Handler

Position Summary

Receiving Clerk would be responsible for review purchasing orders; ensuring to note any discrepancies, document items received, and utilize MRP system. Along with pulling material and feeding the production lines.

• Inspect incoming vendor for damage and accurate counts
• Ensure items are properly tagged, labeled, and stored safely
• Receive items into the MRP system
• Pick and pull material for the production floor
• Transport materials by forklift to the production lines in a timely manner
• Ensure safety practices & processes are being followed by receiving team and within the receiving area

• 2-3 years of receiving experience preferred
• Excellent data entry, computer skills, and communication skills
• Mechanical and physical ability to operate warehouse equipment along with long periods of standing and bending
• Able to work independently and within a fast-paced environment

The pay range listed is the base pay range that Satellite Shelters, inc/Satellite Industries, Inc. reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
