Up to £17 per hour Job Type: Full-time, Permanent A well-established precision engineering company, specialising in high-spec metallic components for the aerospace industry, is currently recruiting for a skilled CNC Miller Setter Operator to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Setting and operating 3/4/5 axis CNC milling machines (Heidenhain controls) Producing complex components from various materials to tight tolerances Meeting quality and production targets Attending daily production (SQDCP) meetings Supporting continuous improvement activities, including 5S and process optimisation Recording and reporting any quality or production issues (NRFT) Tool setting and offset adjustments Ensuring correct documentation and materials are used Collaborating with colleagues to meet production schedules Flexibility to support operations at another nearby site if needed

Working Hours:

37 hours per week Mon-Thu: 07:30 - 16:00 Fri: 07:30 - 12:30 Pay & Benefits:
