We are partnered with an innovative start-up in the Packaging/Manufacturing sector seeking a dynamic Head of Production
. This is an exciting chance to join a fast-paced, high-growth business at the forefront of developing advanced materials for the industry.

Base pay range

Salary: £85,000 per annum + Quarterly Commission + Benefits

Contract:

Permanent, Full Time

Flexibility:
Hybrid working arrangement available

• Lead and manage the full procurement, production cycle, and supply chain of products.
• Set and track annual production plans for the UK and international markets.
• Optimise production costs, waste, and yield in collaboration with R&D.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with contract manufacturers (CMOs).
• Ensure product quality through robust supplier specification agreements.
• Expand supply chains across the UK, EU, and globally.
• Collaborate with leadership, R&D, and sales to support new product launches.
• Safeguard intellectual property during all manufacturing activities.

• Reliable, scalable supply of products to meet business needs.
• Cost-effective production aligned with company budgets.
• Expansion of supply chains across multiple regions.
• Strong alignment with internal teams to ensure efficient operations and product launches.

• Extensive experience within a similar industry - Plastics, Packaging, Manufacturing
• Proven success in managing contract manufacturing partnerships.
• Background in quality systems (ISO
  9001, BRCGS, or similar).
• Process improvement credentials (Lean Six Sigma or similar) desirable.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.

• Quarterly commission based on company revenue
• 25 days holiday + public holidays
