Accrued Holiday (Pay rate + 30 days holiday)

• Semi‑Skilled: £14.00
• Skilled: £15.00
• Skilled + Uplift: £16.05

Advance Holiday (Holiday rolled into hourly rate)

• Semi‑Skilled: £15.83
• Skilled: £16.96
• Skilled + Uplift: £18.14

• Monday to Friday - 07:00 to 15:30
• Steady days, no nights, weekends free.

As a GRP Laminator, you'll help build the components that make Sunseeker yachts iconic. Your work will include:

• Hand‑lay GRP laminating
• Preparing, laminating and releasing production moulds
• Working from detailed drawings
• Maintaining high‑end craftsmanship and consistency
• Collaborating with a skilled production team

Every part you produce will end up on a luxury yacht that could be cruising anywhere from Monaco to Miami.

• GRP laminating or composite experience from any industry
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety (especially around GRP)
• Great attention to detail
• A positive, proactive and reliable work ethic
• Experience in automotive, aerospace, marine, construction or similar? You'll fit right in!
