TIG Welder; Stainless Steel​/Aluminium

New Resource Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established engineering and fabrication business based in Somerset, who are looking to recruit an experienced TIG Welder on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder to join a stable company offering long-term employment, overtime opportunities, and a supportive working environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for TIG welding and fabrication work, producing high-quality components and assemblies to specification.

You will be working mainly with:

• Stainless Steel
• Aluminium

• Proven TIG welding experience
• Strong experience welding stainless steel and aluminium (essential)
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• A high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
• A reliable and hardworking attitude

• £31,200 - £33,200 per annum
• Plenty of overtime available
• Overtime rates:
  Weekdays after 40 hours: 1.25x
  Weekends: 1.5x

• Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
• Friday: 07:30 - 13:30
• 40 hours per week

• Permanent contract
• 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
