Quality Manager

This global food business partners with leading manufacturers and globally recognised restaurants to provide innovation‑led, exciting food products. There is considerable potential to develop and grow your career in the UK or internationally.

Joining as the Quality Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving the food safety culture across the factory. As a key member of the Technical and Quality team and the number one technical lead for this site, you’ll proactively manage relationships with customer technical counterparts. Your confidence and ability will extend to assisting with customer audits and visits, working closely with the Operations team to ensure quality systems and procedures are followed across the site.

• Drive food safety culture and manage quality systems across the factory.
• Act as the primary technical lead and maintain relationships with customer technical teams.
• Assist with customer audits and visits.
• Work closely with Operations to ensure quality procedures are followed.
• Oversee the laboratory team and manage the laboratory’s output.

• Experience with in a fast‑paced food manufacturing facility.
• Practical understanding of the retailer’s codes of practice and quality standards.
• Knowledge of BRC AA accreditation requirements.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
