Responsibilities
  • Setting out, fabricating, and welding steel components to precise tolerances
  • Performing MIG welding and welding to BS 3834 standard
  • Working safely at all times and adhering to company health and safety policies
  • Ensuring all fabricated items are correctly stamped, tagged, and logged in STRUMIS
  • Reviewing drawings for complex fabrications to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Experience/Qualifications
  • Proven experience in fabrication and welding within the construction or structural steel industry
  • Strong MIG welding skills and ability to work to high standards
  • Ability to work independently and interpret technical drawings
  • Competence in welding to BS 3834 standard
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
