We are looking for a proactive and driven Food Production Zone Manager to join our Chilled Food manufacturing team in Bristol.

Shift Pattern: 06:00 - 18:00 4on 4off

Key Responsibilities Deliver Production Performance Lead your department/zone to achieve productivity and efficiency targets in line with the production plan Ensure products are prepared and manufactured to the highest standards Lead and Develop Your Team Manage and support colleagues within your zone Monitor team capability and support development to maximise potential Ensure clear communication of goals, expectations and performance standards Ensure Safety, Quality & Compliance Monitor raw materials, ingredients and processes to ensure compliance with food safety standards Promote a strong Health, Safety & Environmental culture Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions and encourage near-miss reporting Drive Operational Improvement Review operational trends and identify opportunities to improve quality, performance and profitability Monitor machinery and equipment performance through Optimum Equipment Efficiency (OEE) Contribute to customer and technical process development reviews to enhance production quality and consistency
