Machine Setter

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Setter to join our growing production team within a cleanroom manufacturing environment . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in basic press setting and progression tooling , who is keen to further develop their engineering skills within a specialist industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating bespoke machinery while ensuring products are manufactured to extremely tight tolerances and high-quality standards.

Full training will be provided for the right applicant.

Key Responsibilities Setting and operating production presses and bespoke machinery Working with progression tooling and maintaining efficient machine performance Producing components to tight tolerances and strict quality standards Supporting production within a cleanroom environment Carrying out machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting Working closely with engineering and production teams Ensuring all health, safety, and cleanroom procedures are followed About You The ideal candidate will have:

Experience with basic press setting Previous experience working with progression tooling A good understanding of mechanical engineering principles The ability to understand and set bespoke manufacturing machinery Experience working to tight tolerances Strong attention to detail and quality standards A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience with in a cleanroom environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
