We are seeking a dedicated Food Production Mixer Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for mixing ingredients accurately and efficiently to ensure high-quality food products. This role requires adherence to food safety standards and involves operating mixing equipment within a fast-paced production environment. The ideal applicant will have a keen eye for detail, mechanical aptitude, and a solid understanding of food safety protocols.

Responsibilities Operate and monitor various mixing machinery to produce consistent food batches in accordance with production schedules. Measure and weigh ingredients precisely using basic maths skills to ensure recipe accuracy. Maintain strict adherence to HACCP guidelines and other food safety regulations throughout the production process. Conduct routine inspections of equipment, perform minor mechanical adjustments, and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.

Record production data accurately, including batch numbers, ingredient quantities, and process times. Follow cleaning schedules to ensure all equipment and work areas meet hygiene standards. Assist in troubleshooting operational issues with mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Participate in ongoing training programmes related to food safety and production techniques. Experience Prior experience in food production or manufacturing environments is preferred but not essential;

training will be provided. Knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety procedures is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge or experience with industrial machinery is desirable. Basic maths skills are required for measuring ingredients and calculating proportions. Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality control processes is a plus.
