Are you an experienced Saw Operative looking for a long‑term opportunity in a busy engineering and manufacturing environment? Our client in Avonmouth (BS11) is expanding and seeking skilled operatives with experience using band saws
, circular saws
, or bar saws

• Pay: £15.90 per hour (weekly pay)
• Hours: Rotating shifts – 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm (Mon-Fri)
• Contract: Temporary to Permanent
• Industry: Engineering, Manufacturing, Metal Cutting

• Operating saws to cut metal materials to precise customer specifications
• Using band saws
  , with circular saw or bar saw experience also welcomed
• Completing general warehouse and production duties
• Maintaining accuracy, quality, and safe working practices at all times
• Following all company procedures and production guidelines

• Previous experience as a Saw Operative
  , Machine Operative
  , or Metal Cutter
• Experience operating band saws (metal cutting preferred)
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work rotating shifts
