Monday to Friday 06:00 14:00 or 14:00 22:00 Salary: £16.12 per hour plus holiday pay

ASAP We are currently recruiting for a Permanent Production Supervisor to join a busy and successful chilled warehouse operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced supervisor who is looking for a stable, long-term role with opportunities for progression.

The Role:

Motivate and lead a team to achieve daily production targets Oversee all production operations including planning, scheduling, and quality control Ensure production paperwork and records are completed accurately Monitor, control, and reduce waste levels Attend Line Leader meetings and complete relevant training courses Maintain a safe, efficient, and productive working environment Requirements:
Previous Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader experience Ability to communicate clearly and positively with team members Good knowledge of company procedures and processes Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment Benefits:
