We are seeking a Skilled Operator to join our Operations Team at the Blagdon facility.
Job Responsibilities- Operate ride-on MHE & counterbalance forklifts safely and competently.
- Check temperature of finished stock.
- Pick and pack orders accurately to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure safe use of all equipment and report any faults or breakdowns.
- Minimise wastage and support overall efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off, 18:00–06:00.
Essential Qualifications- Good team working skills.
- Ability to undertake manual tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective communication.
- Relevant work experience as a machine operator in a production environment.
- Basic food hygiene knowledge.
- Knowledge of HACCP.
- Engineering skillset.
