Williams Racing is seeking a Composite Trimmer/Fitter Technician to take carbon fibre parts from raw moulding to race-ready components. You will trim, fit and bond to tight tolerances and inspect parts to engineering drawings, contributing to on-track performance.
You'll work nights, 18:15 to 04:45, Monday to Thursday, with a strong emphasis on precision, quality, and collaboration across departments to optimise workflow and meet production targets in a high-precision motor sport environment.
