Position: Cnc Setter Operator (Turning)

Overview

CNC Setter Operator (Turning) – £38,480 + technical training + career progression + premium overtime + early Friday finish. Factory-based role, commutable from Bristol, Bath, Yate, Keynsham, Nailsea, Midsomer Norton and surrounding areas. Double days shift pattern (early and late).

This is a CNC turning role focused on setting, operating and programming CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts. The company is a specialist manufacturer within the precision engineering industry and offers training to develop technical skills with opportunities for progression.

On offer is a CNC Setter Operator role where you will be responsible for setting and operating and programming both conventional and multi-spindle CNC machines, supporting the manufacturing process and ensuring quality and delivery targets are met.

Responsibilities

Online programming using Fanuc controls
Maintain quality and contribute to process improvements
