Trainee Wireperson

Location: Chew Magna, Bristol
Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm (30 minutes Lunch)

Are you eager to kickstart a career in electrical manufacturing? We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Wire person to join our growing production team in Chew Magna, Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop specialist skills in a supportive and professional environment. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.

As a Trainee Wire person, you will work alongside experienced professionals and be trained to:

• Assemble electrical control panels and components.
• Wire control panels using engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Prepare, strip, crimp, and terminate cables.
• Fit electrical components and sub-assemblies.
• Conduct basic electrical testing and quality inspections.
• Utilize a variety of hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and housekeeping.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
