Job Role of the Process / Production Operative A standout opportunity has become available for a Process / Production Operative with a good attitude and team player abilities to join a leading heavy industrial manufacturing organisation. Working within a team of 4, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader within their industry and further develop yourself. You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of Health & Safety, maintaining company quality standards, ensuring the factory runs to full capacity, assist the maintenance engineers, ensure the production plan is on time as well as some warehouse duties.

Experience of working within a manufacturing environment. Process Operative experience. Requirements for the Process / Production Operative Strong process and operational knowledge. Good Attitude. Team Player and Flexible. Willing to complete various duties and tasks.
