Factory Operative | Production Operative | Manufacturing Operative | Food Production Operative Bristol - Severn Beach | £14.05 per hour | Rotating Morning & Afternoon Shifts | Full-time | Temporary to Permanent Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Factory Operatives to join a busy manufacturing site in Severn Beach, Bristol . This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Factory Operatives , Production Operatives , Manufacturing Operatives , or Food Production Operatives looking for stable, full-time work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

The role is physically demanding and repetitive, making it ideal for candidates who are reliable, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment. Key Duties Ensure food safety, product quality, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards are maintained. Comply with the Company's Data Protection Policy at all times. Carry out production duties as directed by the Shift Manager, Line Leader, or MSO, including packing, filling, cleaning, stacking, stock movement, manual handling, and heavy lifting.

Follow the correct pallet plans and production quality attribute sheets for each production run. Maintain personal hygiene standards in line with company procedures. Complete visual quality inspections and report any issues to the Line Leader, MSO, Shift Manager, or QA team. Follow clean-as-you-go procedures to maintain a safe and organised work area. Work in accordance with all training, procedures, and health and safety requirements.

Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food production environment. Excellent attention to detail. Reliable with good timekeeping. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically fit and comfortable carrying out repetitive manual handling tasks. Strong communication skills. Flexible to work rotating shifts and overtime when required.
