Food Packing Operatives

We are currently hiring

Food Production Packing Operatives for a clean Room environment to join our health food manufacturing client based in Bristol (BS31).

No previous experience is required – full training will be provided. If you have a passion for healthy food, enjoy hands-on work, and can maintain strong attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you!

Please note:

you will be working around ingredients that may containnuts and dairy.

• Monday to Friday 6am - 2.15pm x2 - £12.71ph
• Monday to Friday 2pm – 10pm x1 - £13.71ph

• Follow written and verbal instructions to complete daily production tasks
• Accurately weighing out ingredients
• Work in a cleanroom environment wearing full gown and gloves (PPE provided)
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Operate manual and semi-automated equipment safely
• Meet production targets by following procedures and process sheets
• Support continuous improvement and teamwork across production lines

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working around nut and dairy products
• Team player with good communication skills
• Physically fit and great attention to detail
• Basic computer and maths skills
• Able to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
