Job Title: Trainee Paint Sprayer
Location: Staines
Salary: £30,000–£32,000 per annum (DOE)
Job Type: Permanent
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday:
Half day
We are recruiting for a Trainee Paint Sprayer to join a well-established manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities- Paint spraying of small, detailed components
- Preparing parts prior to spraying
- Masking components accurately
- Sanding and finishing work to a high standard
- Maintaining quality and attention to detail throughout the process
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ideally you will have some experience of preparing parts prior to spraying / masking components or you may do paint spraying in your own time and would like to further develop your skills in a workplace environment.
- A good eye for detail and ability to carry out intricate work
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
