Production Operative Role Overview

We’re recruiting Production Operatives for a busy brick manufacturing site in Almondsbury (BS32). This is a long‑term, temp‑to‑perm opportunity offering excellent weekly pay, structured 12‑hour shifts and full training. Ideal for candidates with experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, factory work or machine operation

Key Responsibilities of a Production Operative

• Operating production and manufacturing machinery safely
• Completing daily tasks and following production schedules
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety
  , quality and efficiency
• Supporting improvement projects and general factory operations
• Keeping work areas clean, organised and hazard‑free
• Following workplace procedures and updating risk assessments
• Working as part of a fast‑paced production team

What We’re Looking For in a Production Operative

• Reliable, punctual and safety‑focused
• Comfortable working in a production, warehouse or factory environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to carry out hands‑on tasks
• Willing to learn, train and develop new skills
• Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation is beneficial but not essential
• Counterbalance FLT Licence would be an advantage
