Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are seeking an experienced Packaging/Machine Operator for a well established manufacturing business in Leicestershire. The role operates on a 12-hour 4 on 4 off pattern, with days and nights and a temp-to-perm pathway.
Training begins on days, with progression to a £16.25 per hour rate after training and a 25% shift premium. You will be responsible for maintaining continuous running of packaging machines, performing set-ups and changeovers, minor fault finding,
