Blue Arrow Bristol is recruiting Food Production Operatives for a busy food manufacturing site in Bristol. We have opportunities available across Packing, Warehouse, and Mixing departments.

You must have your own car or motorbike due to the location.

Pay Rates

£15.97 to £26.11 per hour (depending on shift pattern)
Weekly pay (PAYE)
Holiday pay accrued alongside earnings
Minimum 8-hour shift guarantee

Key Responsibilities

Packing food products to quality standards
Operating within warehouse and production areas
Mixing ingredients and following production processes
Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
Manual handling and general production duties
Working as part of a fast-paced team Requirements

Fluent written and spoken English
Must have a car or motorbike due to location
Minimum 6 months' experience in a production, warehouse, manufacturing, or food production environment
Ability to safely lift and handle bags weighing up to 25kg
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Flexible to work rotating days or night shifts
