Production Supervisor

Our client is a dynamic and innovative company focused on the development of high-quality, specialist products. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a highly capable Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations within a regulated cleanroom manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean Room Production Operations:
Lead and manage the production team in a GxP-regulated cleanroom environment Organise production space and workflow, ensuring manufacturing processes run efficiently and to schedule Oversee maintenance and operation of production equipment Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained to the highest level Quality & Compliance:
Enforce GxP standards across all production activities Support documentation creation, review and implementation Act as subject matter expert during audits, inspections, and internal quality investigations Participate in equipment qualification, validation and training initiatives Identify and raise deviations, lead root cause analysis, and implement CAPA actions Work closely with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, R&D and Commercial teams to ensure timely product release Health & Safety:
Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and internal policies Support safety audits, risk assessments, and reporting of incidents or near misses Ensure compliance with procedures for the handling and disposal of regulated materials Candidate Profile:
Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a GxP-compliant manufacturing environment Strong background in cleanroom operations Degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline Confident managing change in a fast-paced, regulated environment Excellent communication, team leadership and organisational skills This is a unique opportunity to take on a critical leadership role in a pioneering business making a real difference in patient care.
