Monday to Thursday, 6:30am to 5:30pm

The Role We are recruiting Production Operatives for a growing food manufacturing business. This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced production environment, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period. Working as part of a friendly team, you will help ensure products are prepared, packed and dispatched to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Packing and labelling food products accurately Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures Operating production equipment following training Maintaining a clean and organised working environment Working towards daily production targets Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth production runs What We're Looking For Previous experience within food manufacturing, production or warehousing would be advantageous Reliable with a strong work ethic Good attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to stand for long periods and carry out manual duties Positive attitude and strong team-working skills What's On Offer 4-day working week with every Friday off Regular overtime opportunities Temp-to-perm opportunity Full training provided Supportive team environment Long-term career prospects within a growing business If you are looking for a long-term opportunity within manufacturing and production, we'd love to hear from you.
