Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week Salary: £15.89ph Shift pattern:
Week 1: 06:0014:00 Week 2: 14:0022:00 Shifts rotate weekly. We are recruiting an experienced Saw Operative to join a well-established, national company based in Patchway, Bristol. Duties will include:
Operating bandsaws and other relevant cutting machinery Cutting materials accurately to the required measurements and specifications Reading and following job sheets and cutting instructions Measuring and checking finished materials for accuracy and quality Carrying out basic machinery checks Reporting any faults, defects or production issues Completing relevant paperwork accurately Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised Following all company health and safety procedures Working closely with the wider production and warehouse team Essential requirements:
Previous experience working as a Saw Operative or Bandsaw Operative Experience operating industrial saw or cutting machinery Previous experience within a production, manufacturing or similar environment Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately Confident using measurements and following specifications A strong understanding of workplace health and safety Reliable, punctual and able to work both shifts A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment The successful candidate will join a respected national company offering a positive working environment, great management, a supportive team and excellent company perks.
