Factory Worker - Linton / Haverhill Area - £14.15/hr At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Factory Worker to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Linton. You will play a key role in supporting daily production activities, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Shift Patterns:
* Monday to Friday from 5.30 pm to 2 am Pay Rates:
* 14.15 GBP hourly Essential Requirements for Factory Worker:
* Own transport is essential due to the site location in Linton (CB21 4JD
) as there is no public transport available.
* No formal qualifications are required for this role.
* Ability to work full-time for a long-term assignment.

Desirable Requirements for Factory Worker:
* Previous experience working in a temperature-controlled food manufacturing environment.
